Your enneagram test answers are scored entirely in your browser and never sent to our servers. There’s no account to create and nothing to log in to. This site does use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate traffic, so it isn’t tracking-free, but your individual test answers stay on your device and are never collected or sold.

Your test answers stay on your device

This is the important part, so it goes first.

When you take the enneagram test, everything happens locally in your web browser. Your answers to the questions, the scoring, and your result are all calculated on your own device. Those answers are not transmitted to us and not stored on any server we run. We never see how you answered.

Your progress may be saved in your browser’s local storage so you can leave and come back without losing your place. That data lives on your device, under your control, and clearing your browser data removes it. It isn’t uploaded anywhere.

If you share your result using a result link, that link encodes only your final result (your type, wing, and tritype), not your individual answers. You choose whether to share it.

What we do collect: aggregate analytics

We want to be straight with you: this site is not tracking-free.

Enneagram-Tests.com uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used in aggregate: how many people visit, which pages are popular, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. This helps us see which guides are useful and where the site needs work.

GA4 works by placing cookies and collecting standard web analytics data, such as your approximate location (from your IP address, which Google processes) and general usage patterns. This is the same kind of analytics most websites run. It’s about traffic trends, not about identifying you personally or reading your test answers. Google’s own privacy terms govern how that analytics data is handled on their end.

We don’t combine analytics data with your test answers, because we never receive your test answers in the first place.

What we don’t do

A short, honest list.

We don’t require an account, a login, or an email address to use the test or read any page. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone. We don’t gate your test result behind a paywall or a data-collection form. And we don’t collect your individual test responses, because the scoring never leaves your browser.

If that changes in any material way, this page will be updated to say so.

Cookies

The main cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, used for the aggregate traffic measurement described above. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies through its settings, and you can use browser tools or extensions to opt out of analytics if you prefer. Blocking analytics cookies won’t stop the test from working, since the test doesn’t rely on them.

FAQ

Are my enneagram test answers private?

Yes. Your answers are scored in your browser and never sent to our servers, so we never see how you answered. Your progress may be saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device, but it isn’t uploaded anywhere. Only your final result is encoded if you choose to share a result link.

Does enneagram-tests.com track me?

The site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate traffic, so it isn’t tracking-free, and we won’t claim otherwise. That analytics data is about overall usage trends, not about identifying you personally. Your individual test answers are never collected, because the test is scored entirely on your device.

Do I need an account to take the test?

No. There’s no account, login, or email required to take the test or read any page on the site. You get your full result immediately without signing up. The site is designed to work without collecting personal information from you.

Does this site sell my personal data?

No. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We also don’t collect your individual test answers, since scoring happens in your browser. The only data gathered is standard aggregate analytics through Google Analytics, used to understand site traffic.

Can I opt out of analytics?

Yes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension or opt-out tool to prevent Google Analytics from running. The enneagram test will still work normally, since it doesn’t depend on analytics cookies to score your answers.
